About Us:
My name is Tom Corliss, I am in my mid 40's and have learned lots of different skills through out my life. I worked in the Video Tape duplication business for almost 20 years as a electrical/mechanical technician. I learned a lot about building things with my hands and I did a lot of troubleshooting. After that chapter of my life I started a Home Renovation business, which I still operate to this day. I spend most of my time doing small handyman style jobs. Over the last 6 years I have renovated 11 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 3 full basements along with working on hundreds of small projects. In my spare time I have also renovated 6 of my own homes from top to bottom. Working on homes is a hobby I love. In the later summer of 2011. I decided to start a web publishing business, CLS Essentials. This company is owned and operated by my Wife, Michelle, and myself. We currently have 5 blogs running and we have 2 or 3 more we will be starting this year. The first blog that we started was related to my knowledge about homes. This blog is called, Home Information Guru.com. This blog focuses on all accepts of the home. I also have our web publishing main blog called, CLS Home Essentials.
Next, I have a personal blog that I use to talk about things gong on in my life and in my businesses. This blog is, Tom's Worldly Moments. Lastly, Michelle just started a blog that she will run all about her ideas concerning healthy and happy living. This blog is called, Michelle's Creative Healthy Living. We will be coming out with a blog called Tom's kitchen Creations by mid 2012. Cooking is my second passion after renovating.
